Claim Process
A restoration job is normally started without an estimate. The reason for this is the need for our services is usually immediate.
We first need to survey the degree and extent of the damage. We will photograph the damage to your property for
assessment, location and condition of contents, and documentation for our insurance coverage.We are usually prepared to begin restoration on the day or the day after we survey the damage. Even if our schedule is very heavy, it is rarely more than 3 days before we can begin restoration. Prior to commencing with the work we will require an authorization form signed indicating approval to proceed as well as agreeing to payment of the deductible if applicable. We understand the nature of insurance claims and our responsibilities to the policy holder and carrier. We do not adjust the claim, nor will we try to. We can, however, see that information is communicated clearly and effectively. |
